By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or platform.
2. Ownership and Operation
MyAfrik.com is owned and operated by JDAfrik Group Ltd, a private company incorporated in Ghana.
MyAfrik, DJ Villa, AfrikTrades, and DJ Construction may be presented as brands or business divisions of JDAfrik Group Ltd and should not be understood as separately incorporated companies unless expressly stated.
3. Development Status
MyAfrik is currently under active development and preparation for public launch.
Features, designs, content, integrations, availability, and operating procedures may be added, removed, tested, suspended, or changed before and after public launch.
Information on the website about planned features does not guarantee that every feature is currently available.
4. User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep account credentials secure
- Use the platform lawfully and responsibly
- Review product, service, seller, delivery, and transaction information carefully
- Confirm delivery addresses, Ghana digital addresses, landmarks, and map pins
- Comply with applicable laws and platform policies
- Notify MyAfrik of suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized account activity
5. Prohibited Use
Users must not use MyAfrik for:
- Unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or misleading activity
- False product, service, identity, or delivery information
- Counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, restricted, or illegal goods
- Harassment, threats, discrimination, exploitation, or harmful conduct
- Unauthorized access, hacking, malware, scraping, or interference with the platform
- Manipulation of reviews, ratings, transactions, prices, or user accounts
- Infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights
- Circumvention of payment, verification, security, or fraud-prevention systems
MyAfrik may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where misuse is suspected.
6. Marketplace and Third-Party Listings
Future marketplace, classified, and service listings may be created by independent users, sellers, or service providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, MyAfrik does not manufacture, own, inspect, or directly provide every product or service listed by third parties.
Users should independently review listing descriptions, prices, seller information, service terms, delivery arrangements, and applicable policies before entering a transaction.
7. Delivery Information
Buyers, recipients, sellers, and delivery partners must review and confirm delivery information.
This may include:
- Delivery address
- Ghana digital address
- Landmark
- Telephone number
- Geographic coordinates
- Confirmed map pin
- Delivery instructions
MyAfrik is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by a user.
8. Payments and Transactions
Payments may be processed through approved third-party payment providers.
Transactions may be subject to additional buyer, seller, payment, refund, cancellation, delivery, commission, and dispute-resolution terms.
MyAfrik may delay, review, restrict, reverse, or cancel a transaction where fraud, illegality, security concerns, payment failure, or policy violations are suspected.

Certain services may be governed by additional terms, including:
- Buyer terms
- Seller terms
- Classified-listing rules
- Service-provider terms
- Payment terms
- Refund and cancellation policies
- Delivery terms

Where additional terms apply, they form part of the agreement between the user and MyAfrik.
10. Intellectual Property
The MyAfrik name, logo, platform design, software, text, graphics, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to JDAfrik Group Ltd.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit protected content without authorization.
Users who submit listings, images, descriptions, reviews, or other content confirm that they have the right to use and submit that content.
11. Service Availability
MyAfrik does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The website or platform may be unavailable because of:
- Maintenance
- Development and testing
- Technical problems
- Third-party service interruptions
- Security incidents
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Events beyond reasonable control
12. Disclaimer
Information on the website is provided for general business and informational purposes.
To the extent permitted by law, MyAfrik and JDAfrik Group Ltd do not guarantee that all listings, user statements, availability information, prices, or third-party services are always accurate, complete, or current.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyAfrik and JDAfrik Group Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, third-party conduct, transaction disputes, service interruptions, or inaccurate user-supplied information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Suspension and Termination
MyAfrik may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where a user:
- Violates these Terms
- Creates legal, financial, fraud, or security risks
- Misuses the platform
- Fails required verification
- Engages in prohibited conduct
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
Disputes will be handled according to applicable Ghanaian law and any future dispute-resolution procedures published by MyAfrik.

These Terms may be updated as the platform develops, launches new services, or responds to legal and regulatory requirements.
