MyAfrik.com is owned and operated by JDAfrik Group Ltd, a private company incorporated in Ghana.

MyAfrik is currently under active development and preparation for public launch. Some services described in this policy may not yet be available and may be introduced, changed, or expanded as the platform develops.

6. Address and Location Verification

MyAfrik may process delivery addresses, Ghana digital addresses, landmarks, coordinates, and confirmed map pins to help identify and verify delivery locations.

Location information may be shared with sellers, delivery partners, recipients, mapping providers, address-verification providers, and other parties involved in completing an order.

Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming that the address, digital address, landmark, telephone number, coordinates, and map pin supplied for delivery are accurate.
